Refund and Returns Policy

Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand your rights and the process for returning or exchanging items.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets all the following criteria:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Perishable goods

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@smarttabnitro.com or calling (321) 783-3157. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included at the time of purchase. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following return address:

    Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items not meeting the return eligibility criteria will not be refunded.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@smarttabnitro.com or (321) 783-3157.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item arrives.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. International Returns

Currently, we only accept returns shipped within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us to discuss possible return options.
