  • United States: Including all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once your order is placed, please allow us 2-3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Description: Reliable and cost-effective shipping option for non-urgent deliveries.

  • Expedited Shipping

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Description: Faster delivery for customers who need their orders sooner.

  • Overnight Shipping

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day
    • Description: Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST. Additional fees apply.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the chosen shipping method, and your delivery location. You can view the exact shipping fees during the checkout process before confirming your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $10 for standard shipping on orders below $150.
  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Additional charges apply based on the selected shipping method and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website or directly on our website under your account order details.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 8. Lost or Damaged Packages

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for shipping to certain locations if delivery is not possible or if the product is prohibited from being shipped to that area. This includes areas with a high risk of theft or damage, or locations where shipping certain items is restricted by law.
